Pleasant stay, friendly staff, if visiting in winter months heating is needed.

Very clean, good location and pleasant staff. Lovely view from balcony.

Winter visit and room was very cold in the evening/night, air con /heater unit would go no higher than 23 degrees, informed staff and asked for heater but couldn't provide one.

Friendliness, comfort, spacious room.

Having to wait for half an hour after booking in time for the room. The piece of cut toenail on the floor beside the bed cause the room was cleaned in a rush. Awful breakfast.

The hotel is located on the beach, however access to the city is challenging. The beach is good and beach bar are nice.

The breakfast was really contemporary. At some extent it was enhanced by personal stuf. The extra charge for sea view is bit overrated as it can be viewed by 90deg angle from the balcony only.

Perfect Hotel, Location and stay!

The hotel was lovely, very very clean, all the staff were so polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The location is PERFECT if you wish to spend your time on the beach, it is a fair up hill walk/steps from restaurants and bars. I wouldn't recommend if you aren't up for walking. The breakfast is very basic, bacon, eggs,croissants, toast, cheese and hams etc, as you would expect in Spain - its not bad though, its just not a full english, as it seems people in previous reviews were expecting - the coffees are great. I can't fault this hotel for the price we paid, and service we received - Thank you Hotel Paradis Blau!!

Our room was very clean, modern and we had a nice view on the ocean. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful with their spanish charm.

Reception girl is super positive.

Reception girl is super positive. Hotel offers to pay 5€ deposit to get towels for the beach. Money is returned when you deliver back towels. Location is super quiet, you can hear birds and frogs outside. Bartender at 3rd floor is super nice guy :) pool with umbrellas on 3rd floor were available still in October. Parking available next to hotel.

We would love to have kettle and cups in our room, as well as hairdryer (it’s available in reception). Breakfast was ok, but most of food was from can - fruits, juice.. we had same food all week long - nothing didn’t change. And we found hair in our fried eggs :( Kitchen staff does not speak english very well.

Lots to love.

Lots to love. Foremost, staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are completely refurbished. Shower is hot with good pressure. Shower gel smells good/calming. Breakfast is varied, and accompanied by a lovely view. Very close to the beach, the coastal trail, a duck pond, supermarkets/bars, etc...

Twin beds are pretty annoying, maybe use a double sheet to keep them together? Carpark view between one and nature is less than ideal, but spilt milk at this stage. At least from the bed, the carpark isnt visible. The blanket/throw is scratchy.

A great two weeks R&R by the beach.

Earlier guests have complained about the breakfasts, but we have had worse; par for the course we thought. The location is spot on, so close to the beach and away from the noise of the main part of town. However, it was a long slog up the hill (10 mins or so at our age) or 180 steps up the stairway, to get to where most of the restaurants are. The hotel has an interesting restaurant of its own, with meat or fish cooked (very tastily) on skewers at a wood fire, but the menu is limited. The view from all the balconies is superb; some include a sea view and all look across to the pristine wooded opposite side of the ravine leading down to the beach. There are also great views from the restaurant. Rooms themselves are attractive and clean, all you need for a base; if we'd had the facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee it would have been perfect. All the staff were friendly, especially when we had a problem with the AC (see below). We had a great welcome both at reception and at the restaurant.

Sadly the Air Con for part of the hotel was knocked out in a thunderstorm on the Saturday after we arrived. They managed to repair it for some rooms but had to wait for a part before they could get it working again in our room. The receptionist and then the manager were very apologetic but there was nothing they could really do; we could not move to another room as they were full and we did not wish to move to another hotel. However, we had five hot and sticky nights before it was finally fixed on the Thursday.

A straightforward hotel with an excellent location right next to a lovely beach

Location - hotel is very close to the beach, breakfasts are plentiful and the restaurant on the top floor ( run by a different company) is simple but fine

Internet coverage is patchy in the bedrooms, and the air conditioning failed for the first three days, but this was a freak incident following a massive thunderstorm, so not typical
